摘 要:为了解决传统数字城市三维建模中存在的空间数据通用性差、缺乏语义和拓扑关系分析机制等问题,为最大限度地减少三维空间数据资源浪费,提出一种基于CityGML的虚拟三维数字城市的构建和共享方案。以一处别墅小区为例,采用Sketchup软件建立三维模型,并运用FME Suite工具将其转换为CityGML模型,详细阐述了CityGML空间数据的存储管理、编辑、解析、显示以及发布过程。实验结果表明,该方案可增强现有三维数字城市模型的实用性和互操作性,促进三维空间数据的共享和标准化,提高数字城市建设的整体效率。Traditional three-dimensional digital city modelling has some problems, such as poor universality in spatial data, lack of analysis mechanisms of semantics and topological relationship, etc. In order to solve the above problems and minimize the waste of 3-D spatial data resources, we propose a CityGML-based solution for constructing and sharing 3D digital city. Taking a villa community for example, the 3D model is built by the Sketchup software and is converted to CityGML 3D model with FME Suite tool. The processes of the storage management, editing, parsing, display and release of CityGML spatial data are described in detail. Experimental results show that the soluti on can enhance the practicability and interoperability of current 3D digital city models, promote the sharing and standardisation of the three- dimensional spatial data, and improve the overall efficiency of digital city construction.
