微小型空压机的窜油量控制研究

摘　　要：分析了汽车空压机气缸窜油的机理和影响因素,总结了减少窜油的实践方法,归纳出多种减少窜油的有效设计方案,实施后取得了良好的效果。本文对各种飞溅润滑的往复式空压机防止窜油有参考价值。This paper analyzed the mechanism and affecting factors of lubricant escape from clearance of mobile air compressor cylin-der wall and its piston.Many practical measures to protect lubricant escape were summarized in this paper.Excellent effect had been acquired after our effective design put into implementation.The paper had reference value to control oil escape in recipro-cating air compressor cylinder.
