摘　　要：针对大庆油田天然气分公司北压浅冷装置中,3台4RDS型往复压缩机级间冷却器存在着严重的内漏问题,结合现场情况对该冷却器进行了结构分析,找出了冷却器内漏的原因并提出解决问题的建议,减少装置以后再出现类似情况的可能性,以保证装置正常运行。Aiming at the serious internal leakage problem in interstage cooler of the 3 sets 4RDS type reciprocating compressors in Daqing Oil Field Natural Gas Company Branch north pressed shallow cold installment, the strcture of this cooler is analyzed in this paper combined with site condition, and the reason of internal leakage of cooler is found and the suggestion for solving the problem is pointed out.It is helpful for reducing the possibility of similar situation appeared again in devices and has ensured the normal opera- tion of device.
