摘　　要：伴随着科教兴国战略的实施,我省高校对科研创新体系日益重视,在科研领域也取得了喜人的成绩,但同时在高校知识产权的创造、管理、转化方面存在的问题也不断增加,需要根据现状从体制建设、制度完善、人员配备、专利保护等方面研究我省高校知识产权管理及运用中存在的主要问题,根据这些问题的成因采取有效措施,促进我省高校对知识产权的管理及转化。With the implementation of revitalizing the nation through science and education strategy, the colleges and universities pay more attention to the research and innovation system in Shaanxi Province, and gratifying achievements have been made in the field of scientific research, at the same time, in universities problems of intellectual property creation, management, and conversion are increased significantly. It is necessary to study the problems of intellectual property management in universities from the aspects of organization construction, system improvement, staffing, patent protection, etc. Effective measures should be taken to promote the intellectual property management and transformation in colleges and universities in Shaanxi Province.
