柴芍胃炎颗粒质量标准的研究

摘　　要：目的:建立我院院内制剂柴芍胃炎颗粒中柴胡皂苷a与柴胡皂苷d的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法,选用Phenomenex C18色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),乙腈-水为流动相进行梯度洗脱,检测波长为210nm,流速为1.0ml/min,柱温25℃,进样量20μl。结果:线性范围柴胡皂苷a、d分别为0.1968～9.8400μg,0.2032～10.1600μg(r=0.9998,0.9997),柴胡皂苷a、d平均回收率分别为102.3%,99.7%,RSD分别为1.35%,0.97%(n=6)。结论:本法操作简便、灵敏,检测结果准确可靠,可用于柴芍胃炎颗粒的质量控制。Objective： To establish a method for determining the content of Chaihusaponin A and D in Chaishao gastritis granule. Methods： The chromatographic system consisted of C18 column （250mm×4.6mm,5μm）, mobile phase A of acetonitrile, mobile phase B of water, with detection wavelength at 210nm, and flow rate of 1.0ml/min. The column temperature was 25℃ and the sample size was 201μl, Results： The linear range of Chaihusaponin A and, D were 0.1968-9.8400μg and 0.2023-10.1600μg （r=0.9998, 0.9997）, the average recovery rates were 102.3% and 99.7% and RSD 1.35% and 0.97% respectively （n=6）. Conclusion： The method is simple, sensitive, accurate and reliable, and can be used for the quality control of Chaishao gastritis granule.
