摘  要:根据相似相溶原理,以碱木质素为主要原料,通过与丙酮、亚硫酸钠和甲醛在一定条件下反应进行改性,制备出适合于气化水煤浆的高效低廉添加剂。合成试验结果表明,最佳合成参数为:丙酮∶亚硫酸钠∶甲醛=1∶0.4∶1.8(摩尔比);磺化反应温度为45℃,反应时间为1.5 h;缩合反应温度为90℃,反应时间为4 h。成浆性实验结果表明:分散性能优于萘系添加剂和脂肪族添加剂,且成本低于脂肪族添加剂20%以上。A new type additive for gasification CWM was successfully developed based on the principle of similarity and miscibility in this study, in which the alkalinity lignin was used as main raw material. The high efficiency and low cost behaved alkalinity lignin was produced through chemistry reaction between alkalinity lignin and acetone/sodium sulphite/formaldehyde at certain conditions. The experiment results show that the optimum synthesis parameters as follows:acetone/sodium sulphite/formaldehyde = 1 : 0.4 : 1.8 (mole ratio). Sulfonated reaction temperature is 45 ℃ and reaction time is 1.5 h. Polymerization reaction temperature is 90 ℃ and reaction time is 4 h. The experiment resuits show that its dispersion performance is superior to that of naphthalene and aliphatie additives, and its cost is more than 20% less than that of aliphatie additives.
