摘  要:基于合理的炉料结构,莱钢3#3200m3高炉通过保证炉缸热制度、增加富氧量、提高风温水平改善炉缸热状态;通过采用大矿批技术、合理的中心加焦比例、合适的装料制度及提高炉顶压力等控制煤气流分布;同时,采用合理的造渣制度,制定了焦炭质量波动时的应对措施,强化日常管理,保证了炉况稳定、高炉顺行,生产指标优化,煤气利用率达46.73%,燃料比降低至495kg/t。Based on the reasonable burden structure, Laiwu Steel's No.3 3 200 m3 BF adopted a series of measures for insuring the furnace conditions stable, the BF regular working and the production indexes optimization, included improving the thermal state of BF hearth by assuring the heat system of the herth, increasing oxygen enrichment and advancing blast temperature; controlling the gas flow distribution by using large batch technology, suitable charge system and advancing the top pressure etc; at the same time, using reasble slag-forming system, constituting the countermeasures in coke quality fluctuation and strengthening daily management. The gas utilization efficiency reached 46.73%. The fuel ratio decreased to 495 kg/t.
