摘  要:针对施罗曼预应力轧机轴承在线烧损频繁的问题,分析认为轴向力过大、油脂乳化、密封效果差及工艺控制不良是主要原因,相应采取了增大补偿间隙、缩短润滑周期、优化密封尺寸、严格工艺控制等措施,实践证明,改进后基本杜绝了在线烧轴承事故,年降低成本120万元。Pointing at frequent damage of online bearings for Prestressed rolling mill in Qingdao Steel, the main reasons were analyzed. They are as follows: the axial force is too large, the grease emulsification, poor sealing effect and bad process control. Corresponding improvement measures were adopted, which are increasing the compensation gap, shortening lubrication cycle, optimizing sealing size and strict process control. Practices proved that online bearing burning accident was eliminated basically after improvement, reducing costs 12 million Yuan per year.
