珠海市旅游用地时空演变特征及其驱动力分析

摘　　要：运用ARCGIS技术对珠海市近23a来旅游用地变化及其驱动因子进行时空相关分析.研究结果表明:①规模呈持续增长的变化趋势;②地类结构中林地和建设用地比重变化显著;③新增旅游用地绝大部分来源于林地,来源于耕地的比重较小;④总体空间形态演变呈现出"十"字形特征.分析了珠海市旅游用地时空演变的内力和外力驱动因子,认为:①珠海市旅游用地时间变化的主要内部驱动因子是人口和可支配收入的增长、经济社会发展和旅游交通设施改善;②其空间变化与旅游资源等级、土地利用类型的空间分布、交通线路变化、城镇中心距离等内部驱动因子的关系密切;③国家、省区促进旅游产业发展的政策等外部因子为珠海市旅游用地增长提供了契机,但当地政府积极发展旅游业的政策与规划导向是最主要的外部驱动.ARCGIS technology was used to analyze the evolution of tourism land and the correlations between the tourism land evolution and its driving factors in resent 23 years. The results showed that： O Scale presented the fast growth trend; （1）the proportion of woodland and construction land in the structure of land type changed significantly; （2）woodland proportion was absolute in new tourism source, but the proportion of cultivated land was small; （3）the evolution of Space shape presented the ＂十＂ characteristic. The inner and the external driving forces factor of tourism land change were analyzed in Zhuhal city. The main conclusions are as follows： （1） the main factors driving tourism land temporal changes in Zhuhai city were population growth, disposable income growth, the social development and the tourism traffic facilities construction. （2） there were Significant correlations between tourism land spatial variations and the classification of tourism resources, spatial distribution of land use type, traffic line changes and distance to town center in Zhuhai city; （3） Provincial tourism industry policy provided development chance to increase tourism land in Zhuhai city. But the local government policy and planning was the most important external driving force.
