碧蛾蜡蝉行为习性研究

摘　　要：通过室内饲养观察和田间调查,系统研究了碧蛾蜡蝉7种重要的行为习性,包括若虫孵化、若虫蜕皮、成虫羽化、成虫交配产卵、成虫取食活动、若虫和成虫趋光性。结果表明:碧蛾蜡蝉多在傍晚和凌晨蜕皮,耗时32～108 min不等,蜕皮时腹部不断向前伸直延伸;成虫羽化持续50 min左右完成,日羽化高峰在8:00～12:00及18:00左右;交尾一般在夜晚,弱光下进行,田间不易发现。交尾时有两种姿势,主要是雌虫固着于枝条,雄虫主动展翅求偶,雄虫翅展成30°左右锐角,交配时间长达35～60 min不等,交尾结束时,雄虫会轻微扇动翅;成虫一般在交尾后3～6 d产卵,雌虫产卵昼夜呈"M"型,有两个高峰,分别在20点左右及深夜。产卵时翅闭合,用产卵器在枝条上下划动刻出梭形刻点,每产一粒150～180 s,产完一粒后,向前爬行1～2 mm继续产卵,形成一条产卵刻痕,多条产卵刻痕在茶枝上形成几条平行纵列,每条平均约由23个刻点组成,略突于枝条表皮外;碧蛾蜡蝉成若虫对黑光和紫光两种短波光有明显趋性,对振动敏感;低龄若虫多聚集在嫩叶背面取食,高龄若虫及成虫聚集停栖在寄主植物枝条上,呈"1"字形或两排"1"字形排开取食。研究结果对研究碧蛾蜡蝉发育历期及田间防控具有一定参考意义。The behavior characteristics including hatching, moulting, emergence, mating, laid eggs, feeding, phototaxistic etc. , of Geisha distinctissima Walker, were investigated systematically under laboratory and field. Resuks showed that the moulting, lasted for 32 to 108 rain, was observed at noon and before dawn. The emergence lasted for ca. 50 min, and the peak period was between 8 to 12 a.m. and 6 p. m. Mating was hardly observed in low light field at night. The female adult set on the branches, and the male adult initiate courtship display behaviour. The mating time lasted for 35 to 60 rain. The adults laid eggs 3 ~ 6 days after copulation. Female adult mostly laid eggs at 8 pm and before dawn. Female adults laid an egg for 150 s to 180 s in the surface of the branches by rubbing the ovipositor. Spawning notch was parallel with each other. Every spawning notch had about 23 eggs. There were two longitudinal furrows that had waxiness. Black lights and purple lights had significant on nymph and adult of G. distinctissima, and it is sensitive to shock. The young nymphs mostly assembled around the abaxial surface of leaves. The elder nymphs and adults assembled on the branches that looked like ＂1＂ or ＂11＂. The results would be helpful for pest prevention.
