金银花口含片制备工艺及药效研究

摘　　要：以金银花提取物为主药,采用湿法制粒压片法,以口含片外观、口感、崩解时限、硬度、片质量差异和脆碎度等因素为指标,确定口含片的制备工艺路线,并筛选出最佳配方。然后采用植入棉球致大鼠肉芽组织增生法,观察药物对慢性炎症的作用。结果表明:最佳处方配比为金银花提取物(10%)、蔗糖(25%)、淀粉(5%)、麦芽糊精(15%)、甘露醇(45%)。清咽试验结果显示,受试动物致炎后肉芽增生情况与对照组比较,差异有显著性(P<0.01),低、中、高剂量金银花口含片溶液组动物肉芽肿质量数值均显著减小。按照筛选的处方和研究的制备工艺,配制出的口含片符合要求,清咽试验表明金银花口含片可以明显抑制由棉球植入所致的大鼠慢性炎症肉芽组织增生,初步证实金银花口含片具有抗炎作用。Using extract from Flos lonicerae as the main component, the best formula was optimized for course preparation of buccal tablets by comprehensive evaluation index including appearance, taste, disintegration and friability, hardness, weight etc. Implantation of cotton ball into Granuloma of rats induced by tissue hy-perplasia was used to assess its function on chronic inflammation. The results showed that the prescriptions with extract of Flos Ionicerae （ 10% ）, sugar （25%）, starch （ 5% ）, maltodextrin （ 15% ） and mannitol （45%） were optimum. The inflammation-diminishing test of throat showed significant differences （P 〈 0. 01 ） of hyperplasia between inflammatory granulation tissue and control group. The wet weight of ani-mal Granuloma reduced significantly, irrespectively of used dosage of honeysuckle buccal solutions. There-fore, the optimized formula may satisfy the requirements for Flos lonicerae buccal tablet preparation, and the honeysuckle buccal tablets were preliminarily confirmed to be anti-inflammatory.
