摘　　要：技术体制是实现信息系统核心功能与性能的技术架构、标准与规范的统称。在分析信息系统技术体制概念内涵的基础上,比较现有技术体制分类方法的优势与不足,提出了一种基于参考模型的技术体制分类方法,并建立了网络中心化综合电子信息系统的技术体制分类框架,为综合电子信息系统技术体制与标准体系的理论研究提供了参考。The technical system defines main technologies, standards and criteria for constructing information systems. By analyzing the technology system concept of information system, a classi- fication method for the technical system is proposed based on reference model of information sys- tem by current methods. A technical system architecture is established for the net-centric com- mand, control, communication, and computer, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance （C4ISR） system. The theoretical research of the technical system and the standard system for the net centric C4ISR system is provided for a reference.
