摘 要:产业组织模式本质上是一种制度安排,是产业内企业之间博弈的均衡。通过建立一个产业内企业之间的主观博弈模型,可以分析产业组织模式演进的原因。当外部环境,如技术环境、制度环境等维度发生重大变化,或者内生性积累,如市场地位提升、知识积累等达到一定程度,企业主观认知的博弈形式将发生改变,并引发企业的认知危机。这将促使企业采取新的策略,形成新的博弈均衡,从而引发产业组织模式的变迁。Industrial organization mode is essentially a kind of institutional arrangement ; it is the game equilibrium a- mong the enterprises inside the industry~ Through the establishment of a subjective game model among the enterpri- ses, it' s able to analyze the reasons of the evolution of the pattern of industrial organization. When the external en- vironments, such as the technical environment, system environment and market capacity, change greatly, or endog- enous accumulation such as market position and knowledge accumulation come to a certain extent, the enterprise subjective cognitive game form will change, and the enterprise cognition crisis will be initiated. It will urge enter- prises to adopt new tactics, arriving to the new game equilibrium, and resulting in the change of industrial organiza- tion mode.
