摘 要:利用电极法与比色法分别测定标准溶液中氨氮,与理论氨氮浓度进行对比并进行t检验,再用两种方法对污水土地处理系统中氨氮进行监测和t检验,结果表明,两种方法均能较好的反应水中氨氮的实际浓度,且两种方法没有显著性差异,因此电极法能较好的应用于污水土地处理系统中的氨氮监测。The ion selective electrode method was compared with the traditonal colorimetric method in determing ammonnia concentrations in standard solution and in effluent of wastewater land - treatment system respectively. The results and t - test revealed that both methods were applicable for ammonia determination and no significant difference was found between them. The ion selective electrode method, with easy operation, no requirement of diluting samples and avaiable for field monitoring, was of great value in determing ammonia in water after treated by land - treatment system.
