普米克令舒治疗支气管哮喘的疗效评价

摘　　要：目的探讨普米克令舒雾化液辅助治疗支气管哮喘的疗效及安全性。方法将我院呼吸内科2010年3—9月收治的70例支气管哮喘患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。对照组采用综合治疗;治疗组在综合治疗的基础上加用普米克令舒雾化吸入治疗。疗程结束对两组疗效,以及症状、体征、血气分析、肺功能等进行评价。结果治疗组治愈率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组肺功能指标和动脉血氧分压(PaO2)优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且均无明显不良反应。结论普米克令舒雾化液辅助治疗支气管哮喘,提高治愈率,改善PaO2及肺功能,疗效确切,使用安全。Objective To explore the effect and safety of Pulmicort Respules in the treatment of bronchitic asthma.Methods Our hospital from Marth 2010 to September 2010 in department of internal medicine were treated 70 cases of bronchial asthma were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The control group apply the comprehensive treatment;Treatment group was treated with Pulmicort Respules inhalation therapy.The end of the treatment,the curative effect of the two groups,as well as the symptoms and signs,blood gas analysis,pulmonary function evaluation.Results The cure rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,index and pulmonary function of oxygen partial pressure(PaO2) was significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and there were no obvious adverse reactions.Conclusion The use of Pulmicort Respules in the treatment of bronchitic asthma can reduce the disease progress,improve cure rate and improve blood gas analysis and pulmonary function with definite effect and assured safety.
