化工企业管理实务课程项目化教学改革探索

摘　　要：高职化工企业管理实务课程应根据石化专业技术领域和职业岗位(群)的任职要求,参照石化专业相关的职业资格标准,进行项目化教学,提升课程建设水平。辽宁石化职业技术学院对化工企业管理实务课程进行了项目化教学改革,具体思路及做法是:以项目为单位重构课程结构,以工作任务为核心选择课程内容,以项目活动为载体实施课程,以完成任务效果进行课程评价。此方法改变了学与教的现状,创设最佳的职业教育课程模式——项目化课程。Curriculum of higher vocational petrochemical enterprise management practice should accord with the job requirements of petrochemical technology field and occupational post to conduct project teaching referring to the related occupational qualification standard of petrochemical majors, in order to promote the level of curriculum construction. Liaoning Petroleum and Chemical Vocational Technology College makes the reform of project teaching on the curriculum of petrochemical enterprise management practice. The specific thought and doing is with project as unit to reconstruct curriculum structure, with working task as core to choose curriculum content, with project activity as carrier to implement curriculum, and with the completed task as effect to conduct curriculum evaluation. This method changes the present condition of studying and teaching, and creates the best vocational educational curriculum mode of project curriculum.
