“金钱豹”疗法对36例血瘀质受试者生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察"金钱豹"疗法对血瘀质人群的生活质量的影响,探讨其作用机理。方法:对36例血瘀质受试者运用"金钱豹"疗法进行调整,每周2次,连续3个月。观察调整前后体质量表的转化分及健康调查简表(SF-36)评分。结果:"金钱豹"疗法调整前后血瘀质受试者SF-36总分及总体健康(GH)积分明显升高,有显著差异(P<0.05),躯体疼痛(BP)及活力(VT)积分显著升高(P<0.01)。结论:"金钱豹"疗法可显著改善血瘀受试者的生活质量,其作用机理与"金钱豹疗法"独特的操作手法和"弹拨经脉—温通气血"整体调节功能有关。Objective: To observe the effect of'leopard'therapy on the quality of life of blood stasis examinees and to explore its function and mechanism. Methods: 36 blood stasis examinees were given with the'leopard'therapy for their recuperation twice a week for 3 consecutive months. The transformation scores of their body quality table and the scores of their short form health survey ( SF - 36) were observed before and after the recuperation. Results: The total score of SF - 36 and the general health ( GH) score of the examinees significantly increased before and after the 'leopard'therapy,showing a significant difference ( P <0. 05) . The scores of their body pain ( BP) and vitality ( VT) increased significantly ( P < 0. 01) . Conclusion: The'leopard'therapy can significantly improve the quality of life of the blood stasis examinees and its function and mechanism are related to its unique operation technique and the recuperation function of'meridians plucking - Qi and blood warming and promoting technique.
