摘  要:目的评价低场磁共振诊断脑部肿瘤的临床价值。方法 69例疑似脑部肿瘤患者均给予低场磁共振检查,并与手术病理结果作比较。结果本组患者经低场磁共振诊断脑部肿瘤阳性61例,脑部肿瘤阴性8例;经病理学检查诊断脑部肿瘤阳性62例,脑部肿瘤阴性7例。其中星形细胞瘤21例(占33.87%%),胶质母细胞瘤12例(占19.35%),室管膜瘤11例(占17.74%),脑膜瘤8例(占12.90%),垂体瘤7例(占11.29%),神经纤维瘤1例(占1.61%),胆脂瘤2例(占3.23%);低场磁共振检查在脑部肿瘤诊断上的敏感度为95.16%,特异度为71.43%,准确度为92.75%。结论低场磁共振在诊断脑部肿瘤方面具有较高的准确率,值得临床推广使用。Objective To investigate the clinical value of low-field magnetic resonance imaging diagnosis of brain tumors. Methods Selected the hospital in October 2008 -2011 October admitted with suspected brain tumor patients, 69 patients were given a low-field magnetic resonance imaging and clinical pathology surgery check, checked retrospective analysis of clinical data. Results Brain tumor were positive in 61 cases, brain tumor negative in 8 cases; brain tumors were found 62 cases, seven cases of brain tumor negative. The star cell tumor of 21 cases (33.87%), 12 cases of glioblastoma, ependymoma 11 cases (19.35%) (17.74%), meningioma 8 cases (12.90%), pituitary tumor, 7 cases ( 11.29% ), neurofibroma cases ( 1.61% ), cholesteatoma cases ( 1.61% ) ; low-field magnetic resonance imaging in the diagnosis of a brain tumor on the sensitivity of 95.16%, specificity 71.43%, 92.75% accuracy.Conclusion The low-field magnetic resonance imaging in the diagnosis of a brain tumor has the exact clinical accuracy, is worthy of clinical use.
