摘 要:碳酸乙烯酯(EC)是具有重要作用的有机化学品.为探索一种具有工业应用价值的EC生产工艺,以环氧乙烷(EO)和二氧化碳(CO2)为原料通过环加成反应制备EC,该方法是一条环境友好且原子经济的工艺路线.本文研究了在温和条件下,不加任何有机溶剂,以过渡金属取代的Dawson结构多金属氧盐P2W17M.Br(M=Co,Mn,Cu,Ni)为主催化剂,以EO和CO2的环加成催化反应来制备EC,为选择最佳合成条件提供了理论基础,并展望了该领域的研究前景.研究表明,在反应条件为0.6MPa,120℃,EO与催化剂P2W17Co.Br摩尔比为300∶1,反应时间为3 h时,EC产率可达98%.该工艺对EC的大规模工业化生产具有一定的参考价值.The ethylene carbonate (EC) is an important role of organic chemicals.
