摘  要:研究UV-B和不同浓度ABA对冬小麦幼苗的影响,评价冬小麦幼苗对UV-B辐射增强的耐性.探讨ABA与UV-B是否存在相互作用.以冬小麦120品系做为试验材料,冬小麦幼苗用浓度分别为0.1、1.0、5.0和10.0μmol.L-1的ABA和强度为20μW.cm-2的UV-B进行复合处理,并测定测量株高、干重、荧光、叶色、电导率、丙二醛(MDA)和类黄酮等生理指标.结论为UV-B处理组的冬小麦幼苗株高、叶色、干重、PSⅡ的电子传递(F0)以及最大光化学效率(Fv/Fm)都受到抑制,而MDA、类黄酮含量和相对电导率都增加了.ABA处理组的冬小麦的干重、Fv/Fm以及叶色值随ABA浓度的增加呈先升高后降低的趋势,浓度为1μM时达到最大值.UV-B和ABA复合处理组的冬小麦株高、干重、Fv/Fm和叶色也受到抑制,但是抑制程度比UV-B处理组的低.The effect that UV-B and different concentrations of ABA treatments on winter wheat seedling was studied,and we evaluated the enhanced UV-B resistance of winter wheat seedling. To explore whether there is interaction of ABA and UV-B. The winter wheat of 120 was used in the experiment, the seedling were trea- ted with concentrations of 0.1.1.0.5.0 and 10. 0μmol·L^-1 of ABA and intensity of 20μW·cm^-2 UV-B. And then related indexes of plant height, dry weight, fluorescence,leaf colour, relative electrical conductivity, MDA and flavonoids were all determined. The re.suits showed that UV-B treatment inhibited the plant height, leaf colour, dry weight, F0 and Fv/Fm, but improved MDA, flavonoids and relative electric conductivity. After ABA treatment, With the concentration of ABA increasing,the dry weight , Fv/Fm and leaf colour were increased at first and then Marreased. When the concentration of ABA was 1 μM, they reached maximum UV-B and ABA treatment inhibited the plant height, dry weight, Fv/Fm and leaf colour , but the extent of inhibition ratio was reduced than UV-B treatment.
