那曲畜牧业快速发展中应着力突破的几个问题探讨

摘　　要：在那曲畜牧业由传统走向现代的重要转型期,如何立足实际,以科学发展观为指导,紧紧抓住各种机遇,促进畜牧业大发展,是那曲面临的一项重大而紧迫的任务。本文结合那曲"123"经济发展战略规划,围绕政府职能发挥、农牧民素质等畜牧业快速发展过程中的关键性问题进行了理性梳理,试图为那曲畜牧业实现大发展找到出路。In the period of Nagqu animal husbandry transited from the traditional to the modem, how to based on reality, the guidance of the scientific concept of development, firmly grasp the opportunities to promote animal husbandry development. It is an important and urgent task for Nagqu. This paper combined Nagqu ＂123＂ economic development strategic planning, at;o, und the play of government functions, the quality of farmers and herdsmen and other key issues in the process of rapid development of animal husbandry rational combing, trying to find a way out, for Nagqu animal husbandry to achieve great development.
