安徽省应急管理平台体系建设的实践与思考

摘　　要：近年来,安徽省做了很多应急平台体系建设工作,该体系也在应急决策、指挥等方面发挥出越来越重要的作用。但目前水平总体处于一期或初期建设阶段,与经济社会发展需要和先进省市水平相比,有较大差距。且该体系内部积累的较多矛盾,已经制约了其进一步的建设和目前应有效用的发挥。大力推进该体系建设,一要尽快着力顶层设计,制定总体规划;二要加强纵横协调打造平台体系建设的良好环境;三要切实和及时解决平台体系建设和运行中的一些关键性实际问题。In recent years,Anhui province has done a lot of emergency platform construction system.The system plays a more and more important role in emergency decision making and command,but the current overall level is in the first stage or early construction stage.Compared with the needs of economic and social development level,there is a big gap between the advanced provinces and cities.In addition,the system internally accumulated lots of contradictions,which has restricted its further development and effect.If we try to promote the system construction,firstly we need to begin the top-level design and establish its whole plan;secondly we should strengthen coordination to create good environment for the construction of the platform system;thirdly we should solve some key problems in construction and operation of the platform system.
