255例重症急性胰腺炎药物治疗合理性分析

摘　　要：将我院2011年收治的重症急性胰腺炎患者住院期间药物治疗情况进行收集、整理,回顾性地调查、分析该类患者药物治疗方案及其实施状况,检查是否存在不合理用药情况。我院该病的治疗基本规范,并采取了个体化治疗。但有部分药物未按照规定选用或存在超剂量用药。Patients with severe acute pancreatitis （SAP） in our hospital will be analyzed aiming at summarizing the experiences of treatment for SAP. The records of pharmacotherapy for the patients with SAP from our hospital in 2011 were collected. Retrospective study was conducted to show the differences of therapeutic regimen between drug instructions and practical use, and to find the irrational use cases. The pharmacotherapy for the patients with SAP in our hospital was roughly rational with individual treatment being implemented. However, there were a few acts of inappropriate medications and overdose.
