朱红膏促进大鼠慢性皮肤溃疡创面愈合量效关系研究

摘　　要：目的:通过改变朱红膏纱条单位面积中药含量研究其量效关系,探讨最佳用药剂量。方法:70只SD大鼠随机分为7组:溃疡模型组,基质组(凡士林)及5个中药剂量组(A、B、C、D、E含中药分别为27.2、13.6、6.8、3.4、1.7mg/cm2)。连续给药7d,观察创面愈合速度及创面形态的变化,检测肉芽组织中总蛋白及羟脯氨酸含量。结果:基质组及中药D、E组大鼠创面愈合速度较快(P<0.01),A、B组创面愈合速度呈减缓趋势;D、E组用药早期较好的体现了提脓祛腐作用,后期创面平整光滑、质地柔软;各中药组肉芽组织中蛋白及羟脯氨酸含量均明显提高(P<0.01)。结论:朱红膏促进慢性皮肤溃疡创面愈合存在量效关系,增加剂量未见提高疗效,纱条中药含量1.7mg/cm2及3.4mg/cm2具有较好的促进愈合作用。Objective： To evaluate the wound healing activities of Zhuhong Ointment in ulcer model rats. Methods： SD rats （n=70） were randomly divided into 7 groups, including model group, matrix group （vaseline） and 5 groups with different dose of preparations （27.2, 13.6, 6.8, 3.4, 1.7mg/cm^2, group A, B, C, D and E）. After consecutive medicinal administration for 7 days, the level of total protein （TP） and hydroxyproline （Hyp） content of the granulation tissue were detected. Observe the wound area and morphological changes. Results： Compared with model group, the skin ulcer area of matrix, D, and E group rats were reduced obviously （P〈0.01）. The levels of TP and Hyp were increased significantly in group A, B, C, D and E （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： This study showed that Zhuhong Ointment （1.7, 3.4mg/cm^2） was able to significantly accelerate the process of wound healing in ulcer model rats.
