摘 要:目的:基于中医临床科研信息一体化技术平台采集的临床病历资料,系统总结中医诊治冠心病规律。方法:建立冠心病病历筛选的纳入标准和排除标准,从中医临床科研信息一体化技术平台选择中医诊治冠心病临床病历资料,规则化处理原始病历数据后,分别建立冠心病的发病原因、症状、证候、治法、用药数据库,根据不同的分析目标采用频数分析、复杂网络分析、点式互信息分析等方法进行数据挖掘分析。结果:统计分析得出目前中医临床辨治冠心病常见的发病原因、症状、证候、治法、中药核心处方及中药配伍规律。结论:系统总结中医诊治冠心病规律,包括发病规律、症状规律、辨证规律、治法用药规律。Objective: Systematically summarize the law of diagnosis and treatment of coronary heart disease by traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) based on the unified clinical and research information technology platform. Methods: By establishing screening rules of coronary heart disease medical records, selecting the clinical cases of coronary heart disease from the technology platform of Chinese medicine and clinical research information, standardizing the raw data, a clinical cases database of TCM was founded. The methods of statistical analysis such as frequency analysis, complex network analysis and pointwise mutual information analysis were employed. Results: Obtaining the data of the common clinical syndromes, pathogeneses, symptoms, treatment methods and core Chinese medicinal herbs of coronary heart disease and the regularities of Chinese medicinal herbs synergy. Conclusion: According to the statistical results, to summarize the law of diagnosis and treatment of coronary heart disease by TCM, including the regularities of clinical syndromes, pathogeneses, symptoms, treatment methods, and core Chinese medicinal herbs of coronary heart disease.
