针灸从心肾论治慢性颈痛的生活质量评价

摘　　要：目的:评价针灸从心肾论治慢性颈痛患者的生活质量。方法:将111例患者随机分配到心肾组(55例)和常规组(56例)。采用SF-36生活质量量表评分作为评价指标进行评价。结果:在治疗结束时点,两组间各维度比较均无统计学意义;在随访1个月时点,除躯体疼痛(BP)、情感职能(RE)、精神健康(MH)维度外,其余5个维度两组间比较均有统计学意义(P<0.05);在随访3个月时点,除生理机能(PF)、RE、MH维度外,其余5个维度两组间比较均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,两组各维度各时点得分与同一维度前一时点比较,显示组内各维度各时点得分变化差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),说明两组治疗均有疗效。结论:慢性颈痛患者总体生存质量评分处于中等偏下水平,而针灸从心肾论治慢性颈痛的治疗方案,可改善患者特别是中老年人群的生活质量,为本病患者带来福音。Objective： To assess the quality of life of chronic neck pain patients treated with acupuncture and moxibustion in terms of heart-kidney therapy. Methods： A randomized controlled trial was conducted, in which 111 patients were recruited and randomly allocated to the treatment group （55 patients） and routine needle controlled group （56 patients）. The Short Form-36 Health Survey （SF- 36） was applied as the outcome in the trial. The data analysis methods were descriptive analysis, paired t-test or Wilcoxon paired test for within group and between group comparison, and variance analysis, etc. Results： In between-group-comparison, the analysis results showed that in every domain, the SF-36 outcome of the treatment group was not better than the controlled group at all time- points; at the 1 month after treatment follow-up, except the body pain domain, the emotional role function domain and the mental health domain, the SF-36 outcome of all 5 other domains in treatment group were better than controlled group （P〈0.05）; but at the 3 months after treatment follow-up, except the domains of physical functioning, the emotional role function and mental health, 5 other domains in treatment group were better than controlled group （P〈0.05）. In within-group-comparison, the SF-36 outcome at one time-point was better than the former time-point （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Patients with chronic neck pain has the mid-to-low quality of life, and the acupuncture treatment in terms of the heart-kidney therapy for the chronic neck pain can improve the patients＇ quality of life, especially one who is 45 and over, bringing good news for them.
