摘 要:目的:通过研究银翘散在不同煎煮方式下对实验动物抗炎解热作用的影响,探讨银翘散的最佳煎煮方式。方法:以干酵母致热模型、脂多糖致热模型、蛋清致急性炎症模型及毛细血管通透性增加模型,验证和比较银翘散不同煎煮方式的药效学效应。结果:从药效结果而言,传统煎煮法药效优于常压煎药机,常压煎药机略优于高压煎药机,这与高效液相测定5种药效成分与浸出物含量结果一致。结论:应充分尊重中药传统煎煮方法的特殊要求,并结合临床经验,对于银翘散解表方剂用传统煎煮法较好,若用机器煎煮则可用常压煎药机进行二煎。Objective: To set up the most suitable decoction method by exploring different decocting methods on Yinqiao San decoction of anti-inflammatory and antipyretic pharmacological effects. Methods: Verification and comparison of the pharmacological effects of Yinqiao San with different decoction methods on the thermal model induced by dry yeast, thermal model induced by lipopolysacchride, acute inflammation model induced by egg white, capillary increased permeability model. Results: In the effect of medicine, the pharmacological effects of traditional decoction was much better than normal pressure decoction machine, and the pharmacological effects of normal pressure decoction machine was a little better than high pressure decoction machine which was consistent to the content determination of the five constituents and extraction. Conclusion: Traditional decoction methods, especially some special requirement should be respected. The traditional decoction method for Yinqiao San was better than others, and it was better to decoct two times in decoction machines.
