不同相似度法对当归补血汤指纹图谱分析的比较研究

摘　　要：目的:采用不同相似度分析方法分析比较当归补血汤指纹图谱,探讨各法特点与适用性。方法:建立当归补血汤HPLC指纹图谱,并用相关系数法、夹角余弦法、模糊尖T-分布法、欧氏距离法及总量统计矩相似度法进行分析。结果:10批当归补血汤指纹图谱的总量统计矩参数RSD均低于6%,采用相关系数法、夹角余弦算法、模糊尖T-分布法、欧氏距离法及总量统计矩法计算的相似度均值分别为0.819、0.837、0.405、593.5、0.948,其中以总量统计矩相似度法最能反映指纹图谱的真实相似性,且较为简单实用,还能定量表征其结论所承担的风险。结论:诸法均能用于中药指纹图谱的相似度分析,以总量统计矩相似度法较佳,更能反映两指纹图谱的相似程度,既可断点取值,又可曲线参数分析;既相匹配取值,也可不对称取值。Objective： Analyzing and comparing the fingerprints of Danggui Buxue Decoction by different similarity analysis method to discuss on the characteristics and applicabilities of each method. Methods： The HPLC fingerprints of DGBXD were established, and the similarity were analyzed by the correlation coefficient, cosine ratio, fuzzy distribution, euclidean distance and the total quantum statistical moment similarity. Results： The RSD of ten batch DGBXD＇s the total quantum statistical moment parameters were lower than 6%. The average similarity of above method were respectively 0.819, 0.837, 0.405, 593.5, 0.948. In the methods, the total quantum statistical moment similarity method was the best one to reflect the real similarity which was simple and practical. And it could represent quantitatively the risks of its conclusions. Conclusion： All of the methods could be applied in traditional Chinese medicine fingerprint similarity analysis, in which the total quantum statistical moment similarity method was the best. It could not only reflect the two fingerprints similarity, but also make discontinuational plot or continuational curve, and it could match or asymmetrically match the data.
