林国华教授火针至阴穴治疗目疾临床经验举隅

摘　　要：林国华教授善用火针,对火针至阴穴治疗目疾有独到的见解。其以火针疗法,单用至阴穴或配伍其它穴位治疗目痛、流泪症、风牵偏视等目疾取得良好效果。林国华教授认为,针刺至阴穴具有清热明目,祛风散邪,通经止痛的作用;火针具有温阳散寒、化气利水,温经通络、祛瘀止痛,补养气血、升阳举陷,清热解毒、引邪外达,消癥散结、生肌敛疮的功效;二者相结合治疗目疾不仅操作简捷且疗效独特。文章通过对林国华教授火针至阴穴治疗目疾病的典型病例进行介绍,并对其原理进行深入分析,体现了至阴穴与火针相结合对治疗眼科疾病的独特疗效。Professor LIN Guo-hua is good at using fire needle, who has a unique perspective and experience to fire needle Zhiyin point （BL67） alone or together with others acupionts on eye diseases. This therapy has positive effect to eye diseases： eye pain, shedding tears symptom paralytic strabismus, and so on. Acupuncturing Zhiyin point has effects of clearing heat and improving vision, dispelling wind-evil and activating meridians to stop pain; and fire needle therapy has wanning yang to eliminating cold, promoting qi to induce diuresis, warming and activating meridian, romoving blood stasis to stop pain, replenishing qi and blood, invigorating splenic yang, clearing away the heat-evil and expelling superficial evils, drawing pathogenic factor out, eliminating and removing stagnation, promoting granulation and astringing sore. So he thinks this therapy is not only operated easily, but also has unique effect. This article embodys unique therapeutic effect of this method, through introducing professor LIN Guo-hua＇s typical cases of fire-needling Zhiyin point （BL67） on eye diseases and analyzing its principle deeply.
