摘　　要：临终关怀是我国未来医疗体系中将要积极开展的一个具有人文关怀的工作,其开展对于临终者及其亲人、朋友等都有一定的帮助。运用中医的理论及方法指导临终关怀,可以给临终病人及其家属更为人性化的慰藉。对于临终关怀的开展,不能仅局限于医疗技术的层面,中医与古代哲学及道教等宗教有着较为密切的联系,结合哲学的认识和理解以及宗教的生命领悟对于开展临终关怀可能会有实质性的意义和突破。Hospice care is a developing medical project in China, which is of great significance. Hospice care helps people whose doctors confirm that they have only a limited time to live and their family members as well as friends. Carrying out hospice care under the theory and methods of Chinese medicine helps give more humanized comfort to both the terminal patients and their family. To promote hospice care, efforts should not be confined only to medical techniques. Combining philosophy thoughts and religion ideas on life and death can give more substantial help.
