摘　　要："中医整体健康状态动态辨识"的理论及方法,对于中医诊断的临床、科研有着较好的指导意义。整体健康状态动态辨识体系,立足于中医基础理论,提出状态是健康认知的核心,整体状态的动态辨识是把握健康的关键,是推动医学模式转变的重要基础。文章介绍了"中医整体健康状态动态辨识"的理论、方法体系及实践意义,并初步探讨了其在临床中的具体应用。The theory and method of ＇dynamic identification of TCM holistic health state＇ has significance for the guiding of the clinical and scientific research in the diagnosis of TCM. The system of ＇dynamic identification of TCM holistic health state＇, based on the basic theory of TCM, represents the idea that status is the the core of the health recognition, the dynastic identification of the holistic status is the key of health control, which is the key basis in boosting the transformation of the medical model. This article introduces the basic theory, method system and practical significance of ＇dynamic identification of TCM holistic health state＇, and preliminary discusses its clinical application.
