摘  要:地铁盾构施工可能造成地下埋藏管线变形损坏。为预测盾构隧道施工穿过厚硬岩层时对地下埋藏管线的影响,以大连地铁201标段某区间隧道横穿马兰河床段为研究对象,对盾构施工引起地下埋藏管线影响状况进行研究。首先,基于FLAC3D数值仿真,构建了坚硬岩层盾构施工隧道及其支护结构数值模型;然后,应用有限差分数方法对盾构施工地表沉降规律及其对地下管线随掘进过程的变形方式和程度进行分析,进而找出地下埋藏管线变形规律。研究结果表明,两组管线监测点的变形规律趋于一致,即50 m长的盾构开挖施工过程仿真中,均出现了稳定期、临界点和变形期;地下排水管线在X、Y、Z三向监测点均有变形产生,较严重变形出现在管线与地表垂直方向。本研究为掌握盾构施工对地下管线影响、提高施工安全可靠性,具有重要指导作用。Shield tunneling may cause deformation and damage of the buried pipeline. In order to predict the influence of shield tunneling crossing thick and hard strata on buried pipeline, taking shield tunneling in contract section 201 of Dalian Metro as the research object, the buried pipeline deformation is analyzed. Firstly, the simulation model of shield tunnel excavation and its support structure is constructed based on FLAC3D technique. Secondly, the ground settlement and its influence on buried pipeline are analyzed with finite difference digital computation. According to the simulation for the shield tunneling crossing the thick and hard riverbed, the settling volume of the ground, the deformation modes and damage degrees of buried pipelines are discussed to reveal the deformation rules. Results show that the deformation rules of two groups of measuring points tend to be uniform ; the excavation process includes the stabilization period, the critical point and the deformation period in 50m long simulation model; deformation appears at the drainpipe in three directions, and the severe deformation is mainly observed at the vertical direction. The study will play an important role to master the influence of the shield tunnel construction on the buried pipeline, and to enhance the shield construction safety and reliability.
