抗新城疫免疫球蛋白IgA+IgY的疗效试验

摘　　要：从高免蛋清和蛋黄中提取纯化免疫球蛋白IgA+IgY,以VVNDV(F48E10)人工感染和同室自然感染非免疫的雏鸡,用IgA+IgY进行预防和治疗试验.结果表明:IgY+IgA对鸡新城疫的预防效果为96.87%;人工感染组平均保护率为76.85%,最高为85.71%;同室自然感染组保护率为94.44%,治疗试验组比对照组死亡率降低72.49%,治疗试验组比对照组存活率提高391.68%.试验结果表明IgA+IgY对人工和自然感染新城疫有显著的预防和治疗效果.The prevent and therapeutic test were progressed with immune globulin IgA＋IgY which were extracted and purified form hypso-albumen albumen and yolk,and infected of artificial and natural natural nonimmune chicken with VVNDV （F4sE^0）.The results were prophylactic effect of Newcastle disease of chicken by IgA＋IgY was 96.87%; Average ratio of protection of artificial infection was 76.85%,the maxlmum was 85.71%;the protection rate of natural infection by same-chamber was 94.44%,the death rate of the therapeutic test was degraded 72.49% than the control group,the survival rate of the group of therapeutic test was elevated 391.68% than the control group.The experiment results indicated that prevention and therapeutic efficacy were distinguished to infect of Newcastle disease of chicken by artificial and natural with IgA ＋ IgY.
