摘　　要：根据煤矿用压风机的使用要求,设计了基于STC12C5A60S2为核心的压风机综合控制器.控制器通过AD7715完成压风机缸温、风包温度等信号的测量,还可同时监测压风机多路外部环境状态;通过STC12C5A60S2完成数据处理.控制器还可以实现语音报警,完成对压风机使用内外部环境的瞬时动态监测.According to use requirements of coal mine air compressor,the pressure fan controller is designed based on STC12C5A60S2 as the core to complete the monitoring for using environment of pressure fan.The controller can monitor muhichannel internal signals of temperatures by use of AD7715,but also can monitor multiple external environment condition,and then a variety of data processing can be completed by the powerful computing STC12C5A60S2.Then,the controller can complete voice alarm,finish dynamical monitor of internal and external environment of pressure fan promptly.
