摘　　要：该文总结了新强矿三采区在大倾角煤层工作面支柱回收、沿空留巷的一些施工方法,并指出了在规程编制时安全留巷应考虑的问题并制定了针对性的安全措施。That paper summarizes some construction methods of pillar recovery and gob - side entry retaining during Construction of Coal seam with large dip angle, in xinqiang mining team in the third mining area of coal mining and points out the regulation making safety lane to be considered and takes safe-ty measures.
