摘　　要：缓冲床是胶带运输系统中常用、重要的一套安全设施,主要作用是减小物料转载时因落差所形成的冲击力,对胶带起到保护作用。济三煤矿针对该矿现有的缓冲床在使用中存在的种种弊端和不足,通过改进创新,提高缓冲床的减震效果,最大程度的减少冲击力对胶带冲击损伤,提高胶带运输机的安全可靠性,为矿井安全生产提供保证。Buffer bed is very commonly used in the tape transport system, an important set of safety facilities, the main role is to reduce the materials re-produced due to the gap formed by the impact of the tape to play a protective role. This article focuses on the drawbacks and shortcomings of the use for mine existing buffer bed, through improved innovation, improve the damping effect of the buffer beds, the maximum degree of reduction of the impact on the tape to impact damage, increase belt conveyor safety and reliability, to provide a guarantee for mine safety production.
