摘　　要：配送运作系统是医药流通企业的运营核心,是企业实现价值的最终手段。文章以某医药流通公司为研究对象,对其配送运作系统进行了详细分析。通过分析,提供了相应的建议和解决方法,期望能够有效提高公司配送系统的效率,降低公司的运营成本。Logistics distribution system is the core of a medicine circulation enterprise, and a necessary mean to realize its values. Taking a medicine circulation enterprise as the research subject, this paper analyzes its logistics distribution system and proposes several suggestions and solutions to enhance the efficiency and reduce the cost.
