摘　　要：西部开发中具备诸多需要重点研究的因素 ,其中尤为突出的四大优势是自然资源优势、区域特色经济优势、工业技术优势、市场与边境贸易优势。充分认识和准确把握这些优势 ,对坚定开发信心。There are lots of factors needed to be seriously studied in western development, among which the four most prominent advantages are those of natural resources, regional featured economy, industrial technology and market linking with the frontier trade. An emphatic understanding and accuurate amploying them may have an importance of current significance in strengthening the confidence of the development and in working out the efficient plains for the development.
