摘　　要：环境的变迁要求企业积极变革创新模式,寻求更多的创新方法。在分析开放式创新社区网络的系统特性和结构特点的基础上,从知识转移与流动、人力资本流动和创新收入增长3个方面整合了开放式创新社区网络的系统动力学模型,分析了开放式创新社区网络在运行过程中的3个关键因素,即系统内部整合、创新收入增长方式的多样化和开放式创新文化建设,并为企业有效管理和利用开放式创新平台来提高创新绩效、提升企业创新能力、实现企业价值增长,提出政策建议。Environmental changes need the enterprises actively seek more innovation methods and innovation mode. Based on the analysis of the open innovation community network system and the characteristics of structure, This paper, from the knowledge transfer, the flow of manpower capital and innovation income growth three aspects, integrates the dynamics model of community networks of open innovation system, and analyzes internal system integration, innovation income growth, diversification and open innovation culture construction, which are the three key factors in the process of the network operation of open innovation＇s three aspects, in order to provide reference to the effectively management of enterprises and value growth to improve the innovation performance and innovation ability by the use of open innovation platform.
