摘 要:为保证研发项目的按时完工率,研究了一种定量的、系统的进度重大偏差标准和风险预留时间设定方法。该方法结合大量的实际项目数据,构筑了一个重大偏差标准的统计分析模型;通过显著性检验,发现回归效果是显著的,具有较高的可信度;通过实际案例,对重大偏差标准设定方法的使用进行了探讨。另外,也研究了通过概率统计确定重大偏差标准的方法。实际应用数据表明,这些方法能够有效地进行重大偏差标准的制定,确保项目按时完工,并实现持续改进。To ensure the timely completion rate of research and development (R&D) projects, a quantitative and systemic method was studied on how to set the significant deviation standard of the schedule. A statistics and analysis model of sig- nificant deviation standard was constructed combined with some actual project cases; the regression result was found ideal by the validation and the credibility is high; the usage of the significant deviation standard method was studied combined with some actual project cases. In addition, study was also held on how to set the significant deviation standard by statistics analysis. The actual data indicate that these methods could set the significant deviation standard effectively and could obtain continuous improvement.
