高新区产业集群低碳技术选择现状及对策研究——以武汉东湖新技术开发区“131”产业集群为例

摘　　要：高新区是国家发展低碳技术的优先试点区。以武汉东湖新技术开发区"131"产业集群为例,调查其低碳技术选择现状,探析其选择原因,并提出在政府主导下优先选择低碳关键技术,是解决高新区产业集群未来发展和当下发展无缝对接问题的关键。在此基础上,根据"131"产业集群经济和低碳发展实际,探讨低碳关键技术选择原则、选择特点、选择方法和选择优先序。High-tech zone is the national priority pilot area for low carbon technology development. Taking the ＂131＂ Industrial Cluster in Wuhan East Lake High-tech Zone for Example, this paper puts forward that low carbon key technology priority choices can solute the problem about the future development and the development of the high-tech industrial clus- ter on the basis of the present choice situation and the causes. And then, according to the present economic development and the low carbon development, it discusses selection principles, selection features, selection methods and selection priority sequence of low carbon key technology.
