摘 要:用羧甲基壳寡糖与硝酸镧反应,制备了羧甲基壳寡糖与稀土镧的配合物。用红外光谱、差示扫描量热法(DSC)等分析测试手段对配合物进行表征。讨论了溶液的酸碱度、反应时间和物料比对配合物形成的影响。对羧甲基壳寡糖镧配合物配位机理进行了初步的研究,羧甲基壳寡糖镧配合物中的羧甲基壳寡糖不仅羧基参与了配位,氨基上的氮原子和羟基氧原子也参与了配位。羧甲基壳寡糖镧配合物和羧甲基壳寡糖相比,热稳定性有所增加。Carboxymethyl earboxymethyl chitooligosaccharides-La(Ⅲ) coordination compound was synthesized by the reaction of carboxymethyl chitooligosaccharides with La(NOa)3 and was characterized by IR spectroscopy, and differential scanning calorimetry(DSC), respectively. The effects of pH value, reaction time and dose of La(NO3)3 on formation of the coordination compound were investigated, and the coordination mechanism was also studied. The results showed that La(Ⅲ) was coordinated with -NH2, -OH, - COOH of carboxymethyl chitooligosaccharides. The thermostability of carboxymethyl chitooligosaccharides-La( Ⅲ) coordination compound increased as compared to that of carboxymethyl chitooligosaccharides.
