摘 要:试验旨在探讨不同蛋白质、纤维和脂肪3个因素对黑豚生长性能的影响,优化黑豚饲料配方,从而为黑豚饲料加工提供依据。采用3因素3水平进行试验设计,分成9个不同的组合。试验结果表明:不同蛋白质、纤维和脂肪水平对黑豚平均末重、平均日采食量、平均料重比产生影响,对平均日增重而言,蛋白质水平影响显著(P<0.05),纤维和脂肪水平影响极显著(P<0.01)。综合分析,当蛋白质为18%、纤维为12%、脂肪为3%时,黑豚的生长性能最好。The effects of different levels of erode protein(CP), crude fiber(CF), crude fal(EE)on the growth performance of black guinea-pig were researched. And the formula was optimized. so as to provide foundation for the feed processing of black guinea-pig. Three factor-level was used for the experiment design, including 9 different combinations. The results indicated that Ihe CP, CF, EE effected the average body weight, daily feed intake and feed conversion ratio,and extremely significantly effected the average daily gain. Comparing with the various indicators. the appropriate dietary nutrient level to black guinea-pig of dietary protein, fiber and fat were 18%,12%,3%.
