摘　　要：资本有机构成理论是马克思经济学一个亟待发展的很重要的理论。资本有机构成是马克思经济学在宏观和微观方面运用研究的一个关键变量。文章研究资本有机构成在宏观经济中的运行机制,揭示其与一些重要的宏观经济变量的关系。研究发现,资本有机构成的变化决定了其他变量的变化。资本有机构成与经济增长不是简单的线性"互相关"关系。当资本有机构成很低时,它与利润率进而经济增长率"正相关",当它上升到一个"最优值"后才与利润率和经济增长率负相关。因此,要维持最优经济增长就必须在资本技术构成提高的前提下,保持最优资本的价值构成不变,资本主义生产方式中无法做到这点,但可以借助政府的宏观调控延缓危机发生;或者使经济周期的"波幅"缩小。Organic composition of capital theory of Marxist economics is an important theory needs to be developed and it is a key variable of Marxist economics on the research of macro economy and micro economy applications. The operation mechanism of organic composition of capital on the macro economy and the relationship among some important variables of macro economy are revealed by this paper. The research shows that the change of organic composition of capital determines the change of other variables.The relationship of organic composition of capital and economic growth is not simply a cross co-relation. When the organic composition of capital at a low point, the relation between itself and benefit rate even the economic growth rate is positive co-relation, while, when the capital goes up to an optimum level, the negative co-relation between itself and benefit rate and economic growth rate can be built. Thus, it is necessary to keep the value composition of optimum capital stable with the precondition of promoting technology composition of capital to maintain optimal economic growth. In order to fulfill this goal, the capitalism needs to postpone crisis by the aid of government＇s macro-control, or to shorten the volatility of economic cycle, otherwise, the capitalism will fail to do it.
