摘 要:分析了胜利油田孤六老化原油中铁的存在形态,实验考察了聚天冬氨酸(PASP)和老化原油中含铁组分的螯合效果。结果表明,胜利油田孤六老化原油中的铁主要以油溶性有机酸铁和络合铁的形式存在,其中有机酸铁50.01%、络合铁39.11%。水含率50%的老化原油乳状液在破乳温度60℃、破乳剂BSE-238质量浓度100mg/L、PASP与乙酸1∶1复配且总质量浓度为200mg/L、螯合剂作用时间20min时,脱水和脱铁效果最佳;与不加螯合剂相比,脱水率从70.00%增加到85.50%,脱铁率从2.84%增加到29.26%,降低了老化原油的破乳处理难度,减轻了炼油厂电脱盐的压力。The iron state existing in Guliu aging crude oil was analyzed, and the chelation effect of polyaspartic acid(PASP) with iron component in aging crude oil were investigated. The results showed that the iron in crude oil mainly existed as oil-soluble organacid salts and complex, with the mass fractions of 50.01% and 39.11%, respectively, based on total amount of iron. For the aging crude oil emulsion with water mass fraction of 50%, at the operating temperature of 60℃ for 20 min and with 100 mg/L of demulsifier BSE-238 mass concentration and 200 mg/L of total compound complexing agent mass concentration, in which the ratio of PASP to acetic acid was 1, the dehydration rate and deferrization rate reached their highest values, from 70.00% to 85.50% and from 2.84% to 29.26%, compared with that without complexing agent added. By using this method the processing difficulty of aging crude oil was reduced, resulting in the reduction of refinery electric dehydration stress.
