摘 要:就多通道振动信号提出一种基于四元数离散余弦变换理论与超频域数据分析相结合的压缩分析方法.将纯四元数代数模型与三正交通道振动信号数据相结合,构造超复数数据模型,并对此作离散四元数余弦变换,其有别于三次独立的实数域上独立余弦变换.在保证高信号压缩比的前提下,以尽可能提高信号信噪比为目标,对超频域上的数据进行合理的筛选,即滤波处理,再进行信号重构.采用将同一时刻采样点上的信号进行联合处理,能很好地反应其中的本质信息,保持了其振动机理与物理机理.实验结果表明,对于三通道的电机振动信号压缩分析,在保障压缩比的前提下,该方法具有很好的重构性与高信噪比,为多通道振动信号压缩与分析提供一种新的方法.With regard to multi- channel vibration signal, the paper proposed a compression analysis method based on a combination of quaternion discrete cosine transform theory and three orthogonal channel vibration signal data. Combining the pure quaternion algebra model with three orthogonal channel vibration signal data, thus creating hypercomplex datamodel and then let it undergo a discrete the quaternion cosine transform, which is different from the three independent real number field independent cosine transform. Under the premise to ensure high signal compression ratio, and holding the target of maximizing the signal--to--noise ratio, overclocking domain data is reasonably screened, that is , filtering process, and then reconstruct the signal. Samplings at the same time points undergo joint signal processing which reflect the nature of information well and maintain the vibration mechanism of the physical mechanism. The experiment results show that , under the premise of the protection compression ratio, the three-channel motor vibration signal compression analysis method owns a good reconstruction and high signal- to- noise ratio, thus providing a new multi- channel vibration signal compression and analysis method
