摘 要:在技术比较成熟、可以大面积推广的农用土壤污染防治技术的基础上,提出构建我国农用土壤污染防治的"预防-控制-修复"三位一体的技术体系.建议采用:1)以测土配方施肥技术、精准施药技术、缓控释肥技术为代表的农用土壤污染预防技术;2)以低积累作物的筛选及培育技术、改良剂控制重金属污染技术为代表的农用土壤污染控制技术;3)以植物修复技术和微生物修复技术为代表的农用土壤污染生物修复技术.构建"三位一体"土壤污染防治技术体系,有利于农村基层组织克服畏难情绪,推进土壤污染防治;有利于组织科技攻关,进一步开发低成本实用技术.Based on the mature technology and the possibility of promotion agricultural soil pollution prevention on large scale, the paper recommends trinity technology system: (1) The typical prevention technologies of agricultural soil pollution are soil testing and formulated fertilization technology, precise spraying technology and slow ~ controlled release fertilizer technology. (2)The typical control technologies are selecting and cultivating techniques for the low accumulation crop and soil conditioner to ameliorators' heavy metal pollution technology. (3)The typical bioremediation technologies are phytoremediation technology and microbial remediation technology. It is concluded that the prevention and treatment work of agricultural soil pollution will be promoted if we construct the prevention-control-mediation, the trinity technology system, and it will be beneficial for rural grassroots organizations to overcome the fear of hardship, to promote the prevention of soil pollution, to organize the scientific and technological research, and to develop the low-cost practical techniques.
