摘　　要：CRH250动车组的万向联轴器在动车运行中,既要传递牵引力矩又要适应各种复杂的运动关系,以保证轮对的自由运动。通过对动车组万向联轴器的结构原理阐述,提出了列车运行里程数与万向联轴器对应的检测原则,分析了不同运行里程后检测维护的工艺及各零部件处理的对策,以确保列车运行时的安全性及可靠性。Based on the discussion of the structural principle of the eardan shaft of CRH250, Ihis paper proposed the corresponding detection principle of the mileage and the cardan shaft of the train. It then analyzed the testing and maintenance of the train after running different mileages. Finally, it put forward some countermeasures for the processing of some spare parts to ensure the secure and reliable operation of the train.
