基于Vague集理论的教学实验室绩效评价方法

摘　　要：提高教学实验室的使用绩效一直是高校实验室管理部门关注的热点问题,也是实验室管理的难点。为了更科学、合理、客观、公正、公平地评价教学实验室的使用绩效,利用Vague集理论,构造教学实验室评价的计算方法及步骤。Vague集以真隶属和假隶属两面来反映事物的所属程度,包含评价的全面信息。利用计算Vague集相似度进行判定事物归属。在给出的反映教学实验室绩效评价的4个一级指标,20个二级指标中构造Vague集特征系数,并以具体的评价事实数据说明该方法的操作过程。Performance evaluation of teaching laboratories has always been a great concern and a difficult problem for laboratory management departments in universities and colleges. To evaluate the performance of teaching laboratory easily, scientifically, reasonably, and objectively, this paper introduces the Vague set theory to construct the evaluation methodology for teaching laboratories. The Vague set uses ＂true＂ and ＂false＂ to reflect the membership of things, which contains the comprehensive information, uses the similarity measure to predicate the using performance of teaching laboratories. According to the evaluation index system, the evaluation methodology is used to constructs the characteristic coefficient of the Vague set.
