摘  要:通过温州山区实地考察,对山区食花习俗进行了全面的民族植物学调查,结果表明:原住民食用的花卉种类丰富,共计25个科44个属51种,同时对其食花文化形成、烹饪方法等特点进行分析,指出食花文化对当地经济、民族文化和生物多样性等方面具有积极的作用,为食用花卉资源保护与开发利用提供科学依据和建议。Anthophagy custom was comprehensively investigated by ethnobotanical method and on - the - spot investigation in the mountainous area of Wenzhou. The results showed that the flower - edible species consumed by the inhabitants were abundant, including 51 plant species in 44 genera and 25 families. At the same time, the characteristics of anthophagy culture formation and cooking methods were analyzed. The paper pointed out that anthophagy culture had a positive effect on the local economy, ethnic culture and biological diversity, and provided scientific basis and suggestions for the protection and exploitation of edible flower resources.
